You are good at this job. That's not the problem. The problem is that you're good at it in a way that has almost nothing to do with you anymore.

This is somatic work. It is also constellation work, which means when a term comes from somewhere older than you — from how women in your family moved through the world, from a lineage that taught you what safety looks like and what it costs — we go there. Not abstractly. With full-body precision.
The outcome is not insight. You have plenty of insight. The outcome is behavior change you have already practiced before we close. Knowing becomes movement. Refusal becomes evidence. Your life stops running on your absence.

This is where constellation work often enters, because some of what you're carrying came in through the family system that taught you how to survive, what to want, what to perform, what to sacrifice.
Her terms, in her language. The refusals she's already proven she can hold. At the close, we read it aloud together. The body records that differently than the mind does.
A written contract — yours, in your words. Not a vision board, not a list of values, not an affirmation. A legal-feeling document of your terms and refusals.
Body evidence — you have already lived through the moments where the old terms came calling and you held your own in the body, not just in the explanation.
A sustainability map — because we are not pretending the old terms disappear. The map names the early-warning signals your body gives you and the practices that have already worked for you.
Session notes and reflections — a record of the 90 days. Evidence of how far you actually moved.
And something harder to name: the feeling of being on the inside of your own life. Not watching it from a slight distance. Actually in it. No longer negotiating against yourself to keep the life working.
