Like watching yourself from a slight distance. Like you're the most convincing version of a person you outgrew somewhere around year four or five of doing this.

You are good at this job. That's not the problem. The problem is that you're good at it in a way that has almost nothing to do with you anymore.

You've become fluent in the conditions. You know how to read a room, manage up, stay legible to the people who hold the decisions. You know when to push and when to absorb it. You've got the title. The track record. The salary that makes leaving feel irresponsible.

And you are privately unrecognizable to yourself.

Not in crisis. Not breaking down. Just gone somewhere. Running on something that stopped being yours a long time ago.

What this is not

This is not coaching designed to make you feel better about things that should feel worse.

This is not therapy. We are not diagnosing anything. We are not excavating your childhood to explain your present.

This is not a plan for leaving. If you want out of your job, your relationship, your city — that may become part of the work, but the work does not require burning anything down.

This is not a breakdown plan. You don't need to fall apart to do this. You're not falling apart. You're too controlled for that and we both know it.

This is not a rebrand. We are not adjusting your communication style or teaching you to advocate for yourself in meetings. That assumes the problem is visibility. Your problem is not that they don't see you. Your problem is that you can't quite find yourself under all of this.

What On My Terms is

The work of ending the agreement that keeps requiring your absence.

The ones you absorbed so long ago you've mistaken them for personality.

The terms are not beliefs. They're not stories. They're operational. You can feel them before you can defend them. They're running in your body right now: the way you hold your breath before you speak in certain rooms, the way you contract before you ask for something, the way your jaw sets when you're about to agree to something you will resent.

Your body has been tracking these terms for years. It already knows what's true. We start there.

This is somatic work. It is also constellation work, which means when a term comes from somewhere older than you — from how women in your family moved through the world, from a lineage that taught you what safety looks like and what it costs — we go there. Not abstractly. With full-body precision.

The outcome is not insight. You have plenty of insight. The outcome is behavior change you have already practiced before we close. Knowing becomes movement. Refusal becomes evidence. Your life stops running on your absence.

How the 90 days moves

Slow enough to reach the agreement. Practical enough to change behavior.

First week

We begin in the body.

Before we name anything, we map what your body is already tracking. Your system knows what's running it. We identify the three to five terms currently organizing your life.

Month 01

We work with one term.

We name it exactly — not a softened version, not a therapeutic reframe, the actual term, in the language it operates in. Then we practice refusing it in real time, where your breath, jaw, shoulders, and old obedience all try to negotiate.

Month 02

We go deeper.

This is where constellation work often enters, because some of what you're carrying came in through the family system that taught you how to survive, what to want, what to perform, what to sacrifice.

Month 03

We build the written contract.

Her terms, in her language. The refusals she's already proven she can hold. At the close, we read it aloud together. The body records that differently than the mind does.

What you have at the end

Evidence. Not just insight.

A written contract — yours, in your words. Not a vision board, not a list of values, not an affirmation. A legal-feeling document of your terms and refusals.

Body evidence — you have already lived through the moments where the old terms came calling and you held your own in the body, not just in the explanation.

A sustainability map — because we are not pretending the old terms disappear. The map names the early-warning signals your body gives you and the practices that have already worked for you.

Session notes and reflections — a record of the 90 days. Evidence of how far you actually moved.

And something harder to name: the feeling of being on the inside of your own life. Not watching it from a slight distance. Actually in it. No longer negotiating against yourself to keep the life working.

The investment

Twelve weekly 60-minute calls. Ninety days of Voxer or email support. Somatic and constellation work in one container. A written contract document at close. Session notes and reflections after every call.

You are not paying for access to a framework. You are paying for 90 days of someone staying in the work with you until the work is done.

I know this particular flavor of disappearing because I lived it.

I know what it costs to be excellent at something you've stopped being present for.

I know the performance of competence while privately checking out — the way you can do it so cleanly that almost no one notices, including you.

My work brings together somatic practice and constellation work, including five years in constellation work with Michael Spayd of The Collective Edge. I built this container because the standard coaching model — insight, goals, accountability — does not touch what's actually happening.

What's happening is in the body. What's happening is in the lineage. What's happening is in the hidden agreements that keep shaping what you do before you can explain why you did it. That requires something slower and more precise than a framework, and more alive than contract negotiation.

This is the most serious work I offer. I take a small number of clients into it at a time. There's a reason for that.

This is not a purchase.

You don't click a button and show up next Tuesday. You apply, or you book a call, and we talk first. Because this container has a specific shape and you should know if it fits before either of us commits to it.

If it fits, it will be obvious.

Things don't settle. You just get better at disappearing inside them.
